The views from the spacious room overlooking the swimming pool are really nice! 🏊‍♂️.

Everything was clean and nice. The hotel room was perfectly clean and huge, had a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and an air conditioning. Its decoration was modern, the bed was big, I had a good sleep.

Thank you for a perfectly pleasant stay. Newly decorated hotel, it has excellant service, prime location in the centre of Jakarta. The restaurant food is local, and the breakfast offered is good with helpful egg counter for expats and healthy beverage, as for instance😀

The breakfast was satisfactory, featuring a helpful egg counter for expats as well as a selection of healthy beverages that were frequently replenished. the room was spacious and well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable stay. the hotel enjoys the best possible central location, just a short walk to shopping malls like Plaza Semanggi, where fresh and cooked food options are readily available. the hotel's garden provides a lovely space to relax. I also enjoyed visiting Symposium nearby for a few drinks, making for a great overall experience.

It was hotel apartment, with kitchen and washing machine too.. I very much liked the apart room with good view of the city. Very close to plaza semmagi mall. Staff were very polite. nice swimming pool. Recommended for short and long stay with family. Will be my first preference if i visit jakarta again.

It's so convinience and confortable. good for family to stay during holiday.

The hotel should have special ways to go to swiming pool without passing infront of main enterence or main lobby.

Great for family vacation, spacious room and clean Swimming pools. Breakfast spread showed both western and local food for everyone to enjoy.

Check-in time was slow and chaotic, it took some time before we received our rooms. the room looked old and outdated which was not as advertised.

I guess what was good about this hotel is that it is near to a shopping mall..

It was normal hotel.. I thought it was a super deluxe as I saw online.. But in general I had good time as ppl were so friendly.. But wont stay there anymore if I go to jakarta I guess

I would say maybe the restaurant. The food was fine and the service too. And maybe also the location of the hotel.

This hotel is ranked as 4 or 5 stars hotel.... It is impossible!!! The rooms are very old and dirty. They are spots (of what I don't want know) on the carpet, on the couch, on the fabric of chairs, the curtains are disgusting with holes in it. The bathrooms have a lot mould and the smell that comes out of them is terrible. This hotel is shame! Never say never… but this time I think I can take the bet.

In our family vacation, we found the hotel to be beautiful with excellent staff, delicious breakfast with plenty of choices, and a fantastic outdoor pool with decent WiFi. We particularly liked the central location that allowed us to access everything we wanted to, including transportation, Plaza Semanggi Mall, and the Semanggi Plaza. we appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel facilities and grateful for the fact that we could park our car with ease.

It's ideal for families, more like appartments than hotel rooms with kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 or 3 rooms.

It's a bit far from downtown if you consider downtown Kota but it is just in from of a shopping mall

The hotel staff are very nice and helpful, moderate cost, location is ok, breakfast buffet is more than average, excellent laundry at a reasonable cost.

You might find some unclean bed sheets or an a/c not working well, though, just notify the help-desk and it'll settled by room-service or maintenance staff, so don't hesitate to call the help-desk for any problem or need that you have. The Hotel is ok at overall,however, I do suggest: some renovation, replace current TV's with new LCD's with more tv Channels options, have another restaurant option, and have a better way to introduce the hotel facilities(maybe updating the guest guide). They have good minimarket ,good swiming pool

There breakfast is not good ,spa is very bad
